We will put up a 4X8 yard sign that cannot be missed! We will get creative and market for your specific property. An average of 30% of the commission earned on your property sale will go towards the marketing of it.
We will never just put up a sign and throw your listing onto MLS. We provide a personalized marketing plan for every single home that we sell.
